I cannot find any info on how use native space in BNV Plots are very clear and nice, so it would be good to be able to use for example with individual meshes from patient data. Even modifying the .m files. But perhaps the resource is there and I was unable to find it.

This is an excellent tool. I was thinking that I would have to code something myself to do this but this tools is so easy to use and flexible and the figures it creates look excellent. Well done!

the tool is easy using, however there are some bugs that should be fixed, the tool does not load correctly analyze files and crashes, I traced the bug on matlab and there is a problem in the mapping between the loaded analyze volume and the used coordinates for visualization. also the code need to be optimized for matlab for speed, some for loops can be avoided by using built-in sub2ind function.
