Ratings/Long-term Prospects Comments:	Hello, I am a student in the University of Burgundy-France, I work on the segmentation of cerebral MRI images by anatomical multi-atlas format nii (Nifty). I want your help.. Iam new in the deep learning My problem is how to make an algorithm from keras and deep learning to pre-select the most similar atlases to a given patient image ....?? The atlas is provided with two successive segmented volumes (grayscale and lobes), such that both Atlas share a labelled text file matching the intensities in the volume with the associated brain labels The knowledge provided in advance by the atlases will therefore make it possible to better differentiate the close anatomical structures by contrast and spatial location.
