Other Comments/Similar Tools:  I use this tool to calculate brain volumes inside my spectroscopic VOI, and I've found it really useful for that purpose.

Ratings/Long-term Prospects Comments:  There are many good features in the update to software. Most notable improvement are: orthogonal projections, Analyze format (for input), more versatile choice of segmentation parameters, and the ability to annotate images using rectangular rois. The user interface seems a bit more sluggish than in the past, but brain segmentation is as fast as the original release. The manual paint tool is very convenient.
Other Comments/Similar Tools:  The instructions are good. You need to read both guides.

Other Comments/Similar Tools:  Easy to install and the creators of the program respond very quickly with the registration key. Also, they have been very helpful with several queries. The software is easy to use and produces good results. The quick start tutorial is recommended.
