Ratings/Long-term Prospects Comments:  Very useful, especially the dcm2nii tool, which is superb. I think the explanation of how to make ROIs could be clarified a bit, but this is essential software to me.

Ratings/Long-term Prospects Comments:  Very nice viewing and conversion program, lets you do a lot with one application.
Other Comments/Similar Tools:  Some features missing from MRICro (i.e. 3D/overlays), error codes difficult to decipher when using dcm2nii command line.
