Dear Mr.Anton, I was conducting a Coordinate based meta-analysis of networks ,I have only coordinate files for each study but no maps. I have saved my files as "MF1.spm_mni.txt and MF2.spm_mni.txt" and the sdm table for them as "MF1 and MF2" respectively, all in the same working directory as well (D:/Mekha/SDM). After launching preprocessing ,I got the following warning  'Launched: sdm pp gray matter, 1, 20, gray matter, 2 Analyzing coordinates'; "WARNING: File 'MF1.nii.gz', 'MF1.spm_mni.txt', 'MF1.fsl_mni.txt', 'MF1.other_mni.txt', 'MF1.spm_brett.txt', 'MF1.fsl_brett.txt', 'MF1.other_tal.txt' or 'MF1.no_peaks.txt' not found." Could you please help me understand and resolve the same ,as I have left the analysis overnight to run as well but it showed no progress ,please let me know what can be done further. A reply at the earliest will be deeply appreciated as this work is a part of my thesis which is to be submitted this month. Thanks and regards, Mekha
