I am in awe of this tool...very robust, does everything, lovely touches like generating the commandline corresponding to instructions implemented in the gui. I've also never encountered better user support, just phenomenal to get quick intelligible replies, and have people offer to look at your data and figure out what went wrong. The atlases built in to FSLview are fantastically useful (I look forward to more instructions on how people can generate their own atlases. I do sometimes wish there was more complete documentation online of the commandline tools...

I think this is the tool of choice for dti processing.

software works well; however, one note is that you may need to edit the brain mask for holes -- this is key in getting later statistics in TBSS.

Great user interface and html-based feedback. Relatively easy installation on a Mac.
Other Comments/Similar Tools:
Still generates some complaints about the mysterious nature of the processing, i.e. not as transparent as AFNI.

Promising tool.
Other Comments/Similar Tools:
Still very GLM-dependent for higher-level analyses and hard to evaluate raw data. Raw data are very accessible within single-subject analyses. Good links between functional and structural tools. 3D image rendering (FSLview) is not very user friendly yet.
