Open ASL image file - This option is required in order to run the analysis. Must supply either a .REC (Philips par/rec) or .DCM (Philips dicom) file. Nifti files are not supported as their header information does not contain all the necessary scaling data.
 
Does this mean, that only data from a Philips MR scanner can be proscessed with this toolbox?

Yes, currently only data from Philips scanners is supported. I may expand the number of supported data types in the future, however, based upon popular demand.
