Hello Dr. Gates,

Thank you for making this software available. I have a few questions related to problems with configuration:

Here is my set up:
Running Windows on a VM (Parallels) on mac
Matlab 2015a
Lisrel 8.8
GIMME12

1. I am getting the following error messages when launching GIMME from the matlab prompt:

Undefined function or variable 'GIMME_general'.
Error in @(hObject,eventdata)GIMME_general('edit3_CreateFcn',hObject,eventdata,guidata(hObject))
Undefined function or variable 'GIMME_general'.
Error in @(hObject,eventdata)GIMME_general('edit9_CreateFcn',hObject,eventdata,guidata(hObject))
Undefined function or variable 'GIMME_general'.
Error in @(hObject,eventdata)GIMME_general('edit2_CreateFcn',hObject,eventdata,guidata(hObject))

The GUI window launches, but I cannot enter input/output directories.

2. I see that this version of GIMME is set for Lisrel 9, can I adapt for 8.8?

Looking forward to using this software, so any support you can provide will be much appreciated!

Hi Peter,

I'm getting the same error, though I am using the latest versions of Matlab and Lisrel. 
Were you able to resolve this?

Hello, 

The Matlab version is not maintained. Lisrel requires windows, so we have moved to R so that users with any platform can utilize GIMME.
