Nilearn wraps a subset of ADHD200 datasets which contains 40 subjects, the URL it refers is:

Anybody know any information about this release? What pipeline it employs to get the data? Is the dataset normalized?

I am not aware which sample was selected for inclusion in nilearn. Maybe better to reach out to nilearn developpers. Latest documentation describing the ADHD200 preprocessed sample is available here:
