SBC, correlation between connectivity and (connectivity correlated to symptom outcome map)

Hi everyone,

Is there a way in CONN to examine the correlation between voxel connectivity and (a mask of voxel connectivity correlated to symptom outcome)?

in SBC level 2 analyses, I have obtained a mask across voxels of the correlation between that voxel's connectivity (to the seed, which is a TMS target) and clinical symptom outcomes (called a "symptom response map"). This works great in CONN and easy to follow for novices like me.

But now, I'm hoping to do a follow-up analysis, to examine the correlation between this symptom response map and the SBC connectivity.

So I'm hoping to plot the correlation between these two masks on a brain to identify the optimal peaks of correlation across voxels.

In the GUI, I can only see a way to correlate connectivity to subject effects.

Might anyone have any recommendations on SBC analyses for two separate masks/connectivity profiles?

Thank you!

brian

In case this explains it a bit better, the "import values" option in results explorer is close to what I am looking for, but this is the average connectivity of a cluster so only 1 point per person. I'm hoping to get connectivity metric across voxels per person to then correlate with a seed. Not sure if it is possible, but wanted to ask!
