Hello,

I'm having a lot of trougle running the  TOADS-CRUISE Brain Segmentation Tools.
For example, when I run SPECTRE on a Analyze 7.5n image set of a T1 Gadolinium enhanced MR scan, I get a error box saying runtime exception.
I'm running MIPAV on a windows 32 bit computer with the latest version of the SPECTRE atlas.

Any advice?
