MAGEE represents the Multiscale Adaptive Generalized Estimating Equation. It was developed specifically for analyzing multivariate neuroimaging data in 3-dimensional volume (or on 2-dimensional surface) from longitudinal neuroimaging studies. FADTTS represents Functional Analysis of Diffusion Tensor Tract Statistics.
